Can we have a chat with you before making a booking?
Yes of course, just drop us an email to arrange your free, no-obligation consultation call at a time to suit you.
How do we book?
Bookings are currently open for the next two years. I recommend getting your suppliers secured as early as possible to avoid any disappointment! Simply fill in the form on my contact page or drop me an email at lucy@lucyrebeccaphotography.com, if I am available on your date I will run you through all the details and we can schedule a call prior to booking to discuss your plans and get to know each other a little better. If you choose to go ahead, I will require a 30% downpayment to secure your date which will be deducted from your total payment and a signature from you on your booking contract. Then I will confirm your booking and send you the link to my Wedding Welcome Guide!
How do we pay?
Upon booking you will be sent one invoice for your 30% deposit payment and another for your balance payment. All payment info will be explained on the invoice, payments are taken via bank transfer only. Your balance payment will be due 6 weeks prior to the date of the wedding, however if you would prefer to pay it off early or in instalments, we can easily organise that for you!
How many images will we receive?
Depending on whether you book an hourly package, half day, full day or premium full day package, the longer i’m there the more images you will receive! Half day bookings will receive a minimum of 400 high res images and full day bookings will receive a minimum of 8000. If you choose to go for the Premium Full Day package, you will have a second photographer with you all day, as well as myself, which means even more photos! We won’t miss a thing! The number of final photographs will depend on many different aspects of your day - the venue(s), the number of guests, the details… basically what there is to document. Its hard to promise an exact number as every wedding and every couple is different!
Can you recommend other suppliers?
Yes! I have many years of experience in the industry and have worked with countless Wedding suppliers over the years! When you book I will provide you access to my suppliers list including wedding Decorators, Bands, Dj’s, Teepee companies, Caterers, Mobile Bars, Florists, MUA’s, Hairdressers, Videographers, Magicians… and if you’re looking for something different, just ask and i’ll always do my best to help!
When will we receive our images?
Within 48 hours you will receive your highlights package, a small number of the best images from throughout the day. These will be available to download, share and print immediately. Within 6-8 weeks you will be sent a link to your full gallery. Yourselves and your guests will be able to download all images, high-res, watermark free, for you to share, print, create photo-books, or whatever you would like to do with them! You can print your images directly from your gallery, but you can also get your prints elsewhere if you would prefer.
Why would we need a second photographer?
Weddings are full of emotions, interactions, details, and so much more, and you want to be able to relive every minute of it when you look back through your photos in years to come. If you are having a larger wedding (100+ guests) I would highly recommend having a second photographer as I can only be in one place at a time! Having two of us there to capture your day means you can have one photographer with each partner during the morning preparations, you can have one at the front of your ceremony and one at the back (to get those beautiful dress shots from behind!), whilst I am taking your couples & group photos the second photographer can focus on the candid shots of your guests mingling and enjoying themselves, one photography can focus on your speeches being read out whilst the other focuses on your guests reactions… in general a second photographer will provide you with a whole different perspective of your day! I have worked with many Wedding Photographers over the years and have a number of very talented and reliable Photographers I can call on for this role. Don’t worry, you don’t need to choose them yourselves, just let me know you would like to add this service on and leave the rest to me! If you choose to go for the Premium Full Day Package, a second photographer will be included in your booking. However if you don’t require the Premium Package but you would still like a second photographer, just let me know and I will add it to your booking for an additional fee.
Are you insured?
Yes, I have full business insurance including Public Liability up to £1,000,000.
